I started running when I got out of college. After a ski accident that left me in a cast for 6 months I decided I needed to get some strength back and started running. I have been a runner for over 40 years now. With many marathons and half marathons. My only goal is to help others finding the motivation to start or continue going out there and be active.
Covid races are bringing a different view on how we interact with each others, before, during and after the race.
Having a healthy meal before a run is always a good thing.
Going out when the weather is good is easy, when the going gets tough, and winter comes, that's when you meet you're inner runner.
